1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and NUFU TV, trading as Nufu TV (“Nufu TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using nufutvs.com, placing an order, or using a subscription, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information, keep access credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through credentials issued to you, except where applicable law says otherwise.

3. Plans, devices, pricing, and payment

• The selected plan determines its duration and the permitted number of simultaneous devices or connections.
• Prices shown at checkout are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be added where disclosed.
• A plan begins when access is delivered or activated, unless the checkout states a different start time.
• Third-party player apps, devices, internet access, and their fees are separate from the Nufu TV plan unless expressly included.

Review the current plans and pricing before ordering. A payment confirmation is not a promise of access where an order is fraudulent, prohibited, technically impossible, or must be cancelled by law.

4. Permitted and lawful use

You may use the service only for personal, lawful purposes and only to access content you are authorized to view. You must follow device limits and must not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, copy, attack, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. Full rules appear in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Nufu TV does not authorize copyright infringement. You are responsible for confirming that your use and the content you access comply with the laws and rights that apply to you.

5. Compatibility, availability, and support

Compatibility depends on your device, operating system, app, internet connection, location, and third-party services. Check the setup guide before purchasing. Features and availability may change because of maintenance, security, legal requirements, third-party changes, or events outside our reasonable control.

We aim to provide reasonable setup assistance but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible access. Support may ask for device and error details; never send a password or full payment-card number.

6. Cancellation, suspension, and termination

You may ask to cancel future service through our contact page. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, credential sharing beyond the plan, unlawful use, security threats, material breach, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We are not responsible for third-party apps, devices, networks, payment systems, content, or websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nufu TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Nufu TV for the affected plan during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms for operational, security, legal, or service changes. The updated date will be shown above. If a material change applies during an active plan, we will provide notice where required.

These terms are governed by NUFU TV, without overriding mandatory protections available in your place of residence.
