Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Nufu TV website, subscriptions, credentials, support channels, and related systems. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for activity using access credentials issued to you and for ensuring anyone you permit to use them follows this policy.

2. Personal and authorized use

You may use a subscription for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes within the duration and simultaneous-device limit of your selected plan. You must not:

• share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer credentials outside the people and devices permitted by your plan;
• resell access or operate a commercial viewing, hosting, or redistribution service;
• attempt to exceed connection, device, geographic, or account limits;
• use false identities, stolen payment details, or unauthorized accounts; or
• use the service in breach of a law, court order, sanction, or third-party right.

3. Content, copyright, and redistribution

You must access only content you are authorized to view. Unless you have all necessary rights and permissions, you must not capture, copy, download, record, rebroadcast, publicly perform, retransmit, mirror, restream, or distribute content or access supplied through the service.

You must not remove rights notices, bypass digital restrictions, facilitate infringement, or use Nufu TV to locate or distribute unlawful content. Rights holders may report a concern using our contact page with enough information for a good-faith review.

4. Security and technical misuse

You must not attempt to:

• probe, scan, test, attack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to a system, network, account, or device;
• introduce malware, harmful code, bots, scraping tools, or automated requests that unreasonably burden the service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent security or access controls except where the law expressly permits it;
• intercept data or obtain another person’s credentials or private information; or
• hide, falsify, or manipulate technical identifiers to evade plan or security controls.

Good-faith security reports should be sent privately through the contact page; do not publicly disclose data or exploit details that could place others at risk.

5. Fraud, abuse, and harmful conduct

Do not use the website or support channels for payment fraud, deceptive refund or chargeback claims, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, or attempts to obtain credentials or confidential information. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, or another person’s personal data unless you are authorized and it is genuinely necessary.

6. Investigation and enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, request information, limit connections, temporarily suspend access, cancel access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to payment providers, rights holders, or authorities where appropriate and lawful.

We consider the nature, severity, frequency, risk, and available evidence. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious, repeated, fraudulent, or security-related violations may result in immediate action. Refund eligibility after enforcement is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
